These terms and conditions apply to apps and games (hereby referred to as “Application” or “Applications”), sites and related services by Rieha Games Oy (hereby referred to as “Service Provider” or “we” or “us” or “our”). These apps, games, sites and related services are collectively called “Service” or “Services”.
ALL RIEHA GAMES OY APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, ASSURANCES, OR GUARANTEES ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES.
Upon downloading, accessing or using our Applications and/or utilizing any of our Services, you (“user” or “users”) are automatically agreeing to the these terms and conditions. Right to Use our Services
You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited right to use our Applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. Creation and public distribution (including monetized usage) of videos of our Applications in spirit of fair use, such as gameplay videos and reviews, is permitted.
Copying or Modifications
Unauthorized copying, modification of our Applications, any part of the Applications, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to reverse engineer or extract the source code of our Applications, translate our Applications into other languages, create derivative versions of our Applications, or otherwise tamper with our Applications are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Applications remain the property of the Service Provider.
Age Restrictions
You affirm that you are the legal age of majority in your country of residence, or you have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our Applications. You assume full responsibility for any access or use of our Services by minors, and you are accountable for any use of your credit card or other payment methods in our Services.
Security
Our Applications may store and process personal data that our users have provided us in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Liability and Accounts
Some functions of our Applications require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
We cannot assume responsibility for your usage of our Services. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, we cannot be held responsible.
We are not liable if the provision of the Service is temporarily interrupted, entirely or partially limited or impossible due to force majeure or chance.
We do rely on third parties to provide our Services. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of any third-party services not functioning properly or third party negligence.
You assume full responsibility for any unauthorized access or use of your accounts in our Services. You agree to not reveal your login information to anyone else.
You agree that you do not acquire any ownership or proprietary interest in any account in our Services. We reserve the right to remove any account which remains inactive for 180 consecutive days or more. In such cases, you will lose the ability to access or use any virtual currencies and items linked to that account, and no refunds will be provided.
Changes to Services
Our Applications and other Services will evolve over time, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time without prior notice, for any reason and as often as we see necessary. Device and operating system requirements for our Applications and other Services may change.
You will need to download and install any required updates if you want to continue use our Applications. We do not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with your particular device or operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the Application when offered to you.
We may also wish to cease providing the Application or other Service, or parts of it, and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. If the user suffers damages in such cases, we are not to be made liable. However, where appropriate, we aim to take reasonable measures to provide advance notice of any terminated Services. Unless we inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application or other Service, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
In-app purchases

Virtual currency or items do not have any real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to modify or remove any virtual goods at any time if we deem it necessary for balancing or improving gameplay, addressing unforeseen issues, or otherwise refining our Applications.
Installing our applications and making any in-app purchases utilise third-party mobile stores, which may collect data about you. We are not responsible for any data collected by third parties and have no way to control their use of the collected data.
Advertising
We show ads in our Applications through third-party services, which content we cannot fully control, and which may lead you to external websites. We are not responsible for their content. We have no control of the privacy policies of third-party services, which may collect data about you. We are not responsible for any data collected by third parties and have no way to control their use of the collected data.
Termination
We may terminate or limit your access to our Services, or modify you account in our Services (for example your account name, virtual currency and items, game progress etc.), if you violate these Terms of Service, or if you engage in any act that we deem to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of our Services (such as cheating, exploits, bots, hacks, mods, or other malicious intents). We are not liable for any damage, including lost virtual currency and items, in such cases.
You may also terminate your account in our Applications at any time.
